Because our products are research chemicals, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for safety and integrity reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the affected items or issue a refund.
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first to arrange it.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider.
